The Receiver has filed a motion with the Court requesting approval of a second distribution to Credit Nation investors in the amount of $3,500,000.  The distribution will be made immediately upon approval by the Court.  You can access the motion, and see the proposed amount of your distribution, here.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a formal complaint against Marc Celello, former General Counsel of Credit Nation Capital, LLC.  You can read the complaint here.

The Court held its scheduled hearing on July 18, 2017, to hear arguments on the proposed distribution plan. The hearing was attended by the Receiver, the SEC, and one attorney representing several investors.  Judge Duffey did not rule on the proposed distribution plan, but we expect his ruling within the next few weeks.  We will post his order once it is available.

On April 18, 2017, the Receiver filed his Motion and Brief to Approve the Claims Process and Plan of Distribution.  The Court will issue a scheduling order specifying the time within which any objections to this Motion must be filed.
