Judge Duffey has issued an order approving the Receiver’s proposed plan of distribution for Credit Nation Capital LLC, as previously filed on April 19, 2017. To review the order, please click here. Please note that the initial distribution schedule is based upon a distribution of $6,000,000. The Receiver expects to make this distribution by mailing a check to each claimant within the next 30 days. As additional proceeds are realized from the sale or maturation of life settlement policies, additional distributions will be made. While there can be no assurance of the exact amount of the total distributions, the Receiver is optimistic that distributions will ultimately exceed the $10,000,000 estimate shown in the composite distribution schedule.
Note: The distribution plan referred to above does not include River Green Capital or National Viatical, so no one who invested through those companies will receive money in this initial distribution. The Receiver will propose a distribution plan to the Court at a later date regarding River Green and National Viatical.
