On April 25, 2016, U.S. District Judge William S. Duffey Jr. (Northern District of Georgia) appointed Al B. Hill as Receiver for the business of Credit Nation Capital, LLC and certain of its affiliates, including James A. Torchia, American Motor Credit, LLC and other related entities.  The Receiver has taken control of the assets and businesses of the entities subject to the receivership order and will use this website to keep investors and other interested persons informed of the activities of the receivership.

The Receiver is accepting Proof of Claim Forms to be completed and returned by January 31, 2017, by all Investors and creditors who have a claim against Credit Nation Capital, LLC.  You can access the form by clicking here.
